Key Account Manager

Our client is the leader in what they do, and with continued growth they are now looking for a Key Account Manager. This role will be responsible for managing and driving growth. You will be charged with creating the most effective and efficient account activity, working closely with the customer to deliver a joint business plan that drives both category growth and brand share. 

About the Role:

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will work to identify, develop, and grow a range of key clients.
  • By understanding their business and retail strategy, you will add value by providing a range of products that will resonate with their end-customer’s needs. 
  • With a naturally commercial and inquisitive mindset, you will understand each client's roadmap and help identify opportunities to help increase their revenues using the products we represent. 
  • Rapport and relationship building will be second nature to you as you generate further business opportunities through existing customer relationships.

About You:

  • 3rd level degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience within FMCG ideally within Food.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a passion for building long term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate a high analytical ability with an understanding of category principals.
  • Ability to develop and deliver complex business planning.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills complemented with superior communication.
