International Sales Development Manager

The business is entering an exciting phase in their growth and wishes to hire an International Business Development Manager with excellent communications skills and proven international sales experience. To apply for this role, you will be an instinctive sales professional, a consummate networker, with an understanding of how to identify, nurture and close international sales.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the senior leadership team to plan and deliver long term growth and sales targets.
• Anticipate and project sales forecasts and monitor market trends.
• Generate sales through expert product knowledge.
• Provide commercial and technical support to customers.
• Travel extensively in Europe & occasionally to other markets. 
• Identify and report back the fast-growing market segments and drive the development of suitable product ranges. 
• Manage key accounts. 
• Coordinate and Organise Trade Fair Exhibitions. 
• Develop and improve the company profile and standing in the market. 
• Develop solutions and pricing strategies.
• End to end transaction management.

Experience:

• 3rd level degree in Business or relevant discipline.
• You will have a proven record of export sales success with international travel. 
• Fluency in English and a second European language is required.
• Excellent communication skills, initiative and customer focus. 
• This is a European Role – with the opportunity to move to German, France or Spain.
