About the role: Develop and deliver an engaging Internal Communication Strategy. Develop and manage the Internal Communication channels. Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams. Lead, coordinate and provide hands on support to deliver the calendar of engagement activities. Support HR in the roll out of a variety of employee experience and wellbeing initiatives. Support senior leaders to deliver clear and inspiring communications. About You: 3rd level degree in Communications or Marketing. Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and delivering Internal Communications for a diverse audience using a variety of digital communication tools. People Management. Industry knowledge - experience in an energy environment would be an advantage. Excellent writing and editing skills. A proactive, flexible and resilient attitude.
