Internal Communication & Engagement Manager


We are working with a leading Utilities Brand who are seeking a driven, proactive Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to come on board and take ownership of the IC strategy while also driving increased engagement across the group. 

About the role:

  • Develop and deliver an engaging Internal Communication Strategy.
  • Develop and manage the Internal Communication channels.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and HR teams.
  • Lead, coordinate and provide hands on support to deliver the calendar of engagement activities.
  • Support HR in the roll out of a variety of employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support senior leaders to deliver clear and inspiring communications.

About You:

  • 3rd level degree in Communications or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing and delivering Internal Communications for a diverse audience using a variety of digital communication tools.
  • People Management.
  • Industry knowledge - experience in an energy environment would be an advantage.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • A proactive, flexible and resilient attitude.
