Responsibilities: Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks. Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. Daily liaising with Regional Manager, Area Managers, Regional Trainers and Store Managers. Must also be familiar with H&S Requirements. Experience: Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive. People oriented and results driven. Strong leadership skills & Be organized. Have the ability to Multi-Task. Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must be willing to travel to any of the store locations as required. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
