A well established Fashion Brand is looking for a HR Manager to join their team! This is an ideal role for someone who is an enthusiastic, creative thinker & can manage multiple tasks at a time. This position will take your career to the next level!
Responsibilities:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees.
- Daily liaising with Regional Manager, Area Managers, Regional Trainers and Store Managers.
- Must also be familiar with H&S Requirements.
Experience:
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Strong leadership skills & Be organized.
- Have the ability to Multi-Task.
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be willing to travel to any of the store locations as required.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
