We are looking for a HR Business partner. This role reports into the HR Operations and Business Partner Lead and will partner directly with managers and teams to drive results based on business strategy and objectives. You are a savvy, results driven and energetic character with a passion for exceptional service delivery who thrives in high pressure environments with competing deadlines and enjoys the adrenaline that goes with it. To be successful in this role, you will possess experience in a similar HR role coupled with excellent interpersonal and influential skills to successfully interface with various levels of management and stakeholders. You will be a highly organised, solutions focused professional who is responsive, intuitive, innovative, self-motivated, and driven, who can operate within a dynamic environment.

About the role:

  • Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy.
  • Generate reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
  • Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviours are embedded throughout the organisation.
  • Identify the need for change in assigned departments and develop strategies to achieve these in partnership with the department management team.
  • Provide timely and effective HR policy guidance, interpretation and implementation.
  • Evaluate training programs and support in the delivery of HR related training programs.
  • Work with departmental colleagues to manage recruitment and selection.

About you:

  • 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • 3-4 years’ relevant experience in a HRBP/generalist HR role.
  • Irish employment and contract law experience including excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures.
  • CIPD membership experience is highly desirable.
  • Employee relations experience is highly desirable.
  • Project management and/or change management experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage work time, prioritise effectively and work on own initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
