After a stellar 2019 our client has ambitious goals for 2020, and to make this happen they need a strategic  leader and relentless hunter to join a well-established Irish owned company. As the New Head of Sales, you’ll lead the strategy, development and growth of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • The objective of this role is to work with existing customers and develop new revenue streams, attract significant new business.
  • Manage and lead the sales function.
  • Attend industry events.
  • Continue to maintain and grow relationship’s with international partners.
  • Deliver the company’s ambitious sales growth targets.

Experience:

  • 8+ years within a B2B Sales Environment, desirably from a logistics background.
  • Experience within leading a sales team.
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability on achieving targets.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills.

Salary: OTE excess €100,000
