Looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing B2C company!
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and retention, and building brand awareness. You will lead a team of talented marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.

The Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Marketing in a leading marketing role in a B2C retail environment. You should be a proven hands-on manager with strong collaboration capabilities and experience in controlling and managing a significant marketing budget. Expertise in delivering paid media plans, especially in TV, radio, and digital, is desirable. The candidate should have a focus on lead generation and exposure to CRM systems, with experience using Salesforce being an advantage.

Salary: €100,000 OTE
