The role – Head of Marketing
This is an exciting new position which will report to a senior partner and work closely with the senior leadership team in Dublin. You will have direct responsibility for defining and implementing a marketing strategy, and growing the brand and reputation in both the Irish and international markets.
Ideally you should have some experience operating successfully at a senior marketing level in a professional services environment. Senior level proven strategic marketing ability is a must for this challenging position along with well-honed stakeholder management skills and experience.
Key requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications, i.e. Marketing Degree and/or Digital qualification.
- 7-10 years experience working in B2B marketing teams, across the entire marketing mix.
- A demonstrable record of working collaboratively with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Skills required
- Technical – the marketing know-how to get the job done.
- Strategic – The ability to think strategically while acting tactically in dealing with the day to day operation.
- Style – hands-on skilled thinker and implementer. A team player that knows when to lead and when to follow with interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships while challenging views and perspectives with business stakeholders
- Experience working with external and internal agencies/resources and research providers.
