The People Group are currently working with a leading Irish luxury Kitchen design Studio who are supplying to the residential and commercial sectors. We are looking to speak with experienced head kitchen designers to oversee the daily operations of our client’s flagship kitchen showroom showcasing the latest in contemporary kitchen design. The ideal candidate will have sales & people management experience combined with extensive knowledge of the Kitchen industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and design of premium end kitchens.
- Lead and motivate an experienced Sales team.
- Delivery of excellence in customer service through agreed KPI’s and metrics.
- Measurement & Reporting of lead generation and sales opportunities.
- Take ownership of showroom displays and standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, such as Logistics, Retail & Commercial sales teams and Premium Homes, to maximise the department performance. Strong internal collaboration is key to this role.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Outstanding communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record in premium end kitchens.
- Sales Management experience in a showroom setting is essential.
- Excellent IT skills including design software packages.
- High level of organisation and time management skills.
