We are working with an exciting, dynamic and fast-growing technology company in the MedTech space. They are looking to hire an experienced and ambitious commercially focused Sales & Marketing leader to spearhead the growth of a high potential business unit. 
This key hire will be part of the leadership team and have responsibility for overall strategy, development, and performance of the business unit.
Reporting directly to the Group CEO you will drive the growth of the company always with values, vision, and long-term goals in mind. This opportunity will offer the right person significant career growth opportunities and development.

Here are some of the key Responsibilities of this role;

  • Full P&L responsibility including staffing and business planning.
  • Responsible for setting the strategic positioning of the business and product.
  • Leadership responsibility for marketing and sales functions.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the business.
  • Works closely with the Product Manager to ensure the product reflects the positioning and associated customer needs.
  • Hire and retain talent that can execute the vision of go to market plans.
  • Set and deliver ambitious top-line revenue goals.
  • Analysing opportunities for growth in market segments.
  • Provide the company and employees with a clear vision for future achievements.
  • Successfully fosters a collaborative remote working culture.

Ideally you should have most of this in your background;

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter excited to lead a high growth early stage business unit.
  • High capacity for dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equally adept at driving operational excellence alongside a strategic mindset that’s always looking ahead to the next growth phase.
  • At least 5 years experience managing SaaS teams, with multi-functional responsibilities such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • History of managing teams selling to both SMB / transactional deals as well as large enterprise accounts.
  • Skilled in solution sales methodologies. 
  • Good understanding of SaaS technology tools such as Marketing Automation, CRM, Customer Experience and Subscription Management.
  • Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
  • Possesses a growth mindset, is adaptable, and constantly seeks the best solutions to issues.
  • Adaptable, data-driven, and human-focused.

Location: Leinster based with remote working
