Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor and primary contact for all strategic discussions, support, and communication.
- Proactively seek out and engage new business prospects while nurturing and growing existing customer relationships to maximize account potential.
