As the Head of Business Development, EMEA you will report to the Global Head of Sales. You will be accountable for the development of the EMEA team through call coaching, sales methodology training and quota attainment. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of building Sales teams within the SaaS Industry,

Role overview:

  • Coach, Train and continuously develop the sales team.
  • Develop outbound strategy, messaging, and process efficiencies. 
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure utilising the best available content and ensure lead follow up. 
  • Lead from the front and be confident in reaching ambitious goals. 
  • Provide sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting for the team to enable the meeting of agreed targets. 
  • Ensure customer-centric KPIs and sales targets are achieved. 
  • Analyse the market and identify new opportunities. 

About you 

  • 6+ years’ experience in SaaS space ideally within Customer Education Industry however this is desirable. 
  • 3+ years people leadership experience with proven success. 
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets. 
  • True desire and passion for sales and delighting customers - a true hunter and go-getter, who loves uncovering opportunities. 
  • Inquisitive, commercially savvy, and possess strong business acumen. 
  • Attention to detail and penchant for creative thinking. 
  • Demonstrated success in the development and deployment of strategic sales plans. 
  • Demonstratable strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, empower and develop team members.

Location: Ireland
