We’re working with a market leader in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, representing premium global brands and continuing to expand across Ireland.
They’re now seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities. This is a senior role with real impact in a dynamic, international group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, support, and strategic discussions.
- Proactively identify, contact, and engage new business prospects, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Leverage industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning within the market.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
About You
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical/engineering sales is a strong advantage
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
