Head of Business Development

We’re working with a market leader in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector, representing premium global brands and continuing to expand across Ireland.

They’re now seeking a Head of Business Development to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and identify new opportunities. This is a senior role with real impact in a dynamic, international group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communications, support, and strategic discussions.
  • Proactively identify, contact, and engage new business prospects, while also maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Leverage industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for account expansion, revenue growth, and strategic positioning within the market.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or technical/engineering sales is a strong advantage
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities
