We’re working with a leading Professional Service firm in Dublin who are seeking a charismatic and experienced Business Development leader to manage a high performing team, while ensuring that strategic sales and business development growth goals are fully achieved. This newly created position calls for a mature Business Development leader to ensure proper strategies and plans are in place while supporting a team of industry managers and business partners, to drive growth of the business and exceed the overall plan. This role is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a leading global professional services firm, with a strong and firm vision for the future, and Big Audacious Goals.
Ideally you should have some of the following to be considered for this role:
- 8-10 years of business development and management experience within the financial services or professional services sectors, or closely related.
- Proven record of targeting C-Suite level with professional service type services.
- Proven experience to effectively manage key relationships and large client accounts.
- Ability to lead a team from the front, while executing business plans successfully.
Full clean driver’s licence
