We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Supervisor to join a well-established Vehicle Hire Company.You will be the first point of contact for all guests so this role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and who has demonstrate a collaborative management style.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Service Management – develop and review policies, programs and procedure concerning guest relations.
- Ensure that all vehicles within the branch are prepared and up to company standard.
- Actively inform guest about all ancillary sales item in order to achieve branch targets.
- Keep costs within branch budgeted levels.
- Identify service problems and modify and improve services if necessary.
Experience:
- Diploma or Cert level qualification in business or tourism.
- Valid open driver’s licence.
- Team management.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Experience handling guest expectations and conflict.
- Must have ability to work flexible hours, including over weekends and public holidays if required.
Salary: Highly Competitive + Commission
