We are currently seeking a Finance Strategy Manager to join KASH Beauty. This is a hands-on role and isn't just an overseer of numbers, but a critical member of the senior management team and advisor to the Managing Director. In addition to shaping their financial strategies, this role will also involve establishing robust controls and processes to ensure the effective execution of their financial plans.
Situated at the intersection of data-centric insights and business strategy, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in steering KASH Beauty’s direction. Your perspectives and initiatives will energize teams, guide our growth tactics. By implementing efficient controls and processes, you will further enhance our ability to make informed financial decisions and drive sustainable success.

Role Overview:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Identify financial trends and offer actionable recommendations.

Budgeting, Scenario Planning & Forecasting:

  • Spearhead budgeting, scenario planning and forecasting processes.

Supply Chain Financial Management:

  • Analyse the financial repercussions of supply chain inefficiencies.

Regulatory Compliance & Auditing:

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations specific.
  • Facilitate and manage external auditing processes.

Costing & Margin Analysis:

  • Regularly evaluate costs and product pricing, ensuring competitive margins.

Financial Risk Management:

  • Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with product prices, supply chain disruptions, or currency fluctuations.
  • Implement hedging strategies where necessary.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Financial Strategies:

  • Develop financial strategies for DTC initiatives, considering logistics, pricing, and customer acquisition costs.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 7 of accounting and financial management experience
  • Experience in leading or mentoring a team, indicating managerial capabilities.
  • Software Proficiency
  • Experience in process streamline & automation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Ideally in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Continued Professional Development: Courses, workshops, or seminars attended that show the candidate’s commitment to staying updated in the ever-evolving world of finance and accounting.

Location: Mullingar – onsite full time
