About the Role:

  • The responsibilities for the sales ledger include creating sales invoices for customers, reconciling the sales ledger, communicating with management about outstanding invoices, and managing receipts to ensure proper credit control.
  • For the purchase ledger, the duties entail processing purchase orders and invoices for approval, reconciling the purchase ledger, aiding in cash management, and preparing bank payments for management approval.

About You:

  • Preferred but not required qualifications for this role include experience with Sage/Xero software 
  • AAT certification is a requirement. 
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess administrative experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, effective organizational and time management abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Salary: £30,000 Sterling
