Specialising in health supplements, herbal remedies, natural body care, healthy food and drinks, and eco-friendly household products, they combine strong sales and marketing expertise to help brands grow through tailored strategies and exceptional service. We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to join their team, driving growth and building lasting customer relationships across their diverse portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
- Own a defined territory, hitting call-cycle and sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships that influence local buying decisions
- Use order-capture tech to drive in-store orders, planogram compliance, and promo execution
- Grow market share through upselling, account development, and new opportunities
- Ensure group account compliance and take corrective action where needed
- Share regular market insights with Sales Leadership
- Deliver a consistently high customer experience
- Support additional business priorities as required
What You Bring to the Table
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in pharmacy, health, or FMCG channels
- Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, or wellness products preferred
- Excellent time management skills.
- Self-confident and a self-starter.
- Clean driving record.
