They work across health supplements, herbal remedies, healthy food and drinks, natural body care, and eco-friendly household products. With strong sales and marketing teams, they help brands grow through tailored strategies and high-quality service. They are now looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to help drive growth and build strong customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
- Own a defined territory, hitting call-cycle and sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships that influence local buying decisions
- Use order-capture tech to drive in-store orders, planogram compliance, and promo execution
- Grow market share through upselling, account development, and new opportunities
- Ensure group account compliance and take corrective action where needed
- Share regular market insights with Sales Leadership
- Deliver a consistently high customer experience
- Support additional business priorities as required
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven and demonstrated experience in a field sales role.
- 1-2 years sales experience a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in sales to health Stores.
- Self-confident and a self-starter.
- Clean driving record.
Location: Munster
Salary: 40k-45k with excellent monthly commission and package available.
