Field Sales Representative

Our client a leader in Pop Culture merchandise is seeking a Field Sales Representative with responsibility for managing, identifying and winning new business opportunities across Key Retail Accounts within Ireland. This role is responsible for building and managing a professional network of large customers and potential key accounts with strong knowledge of a high-level sales process in an independent and highly professional way.

About the Role:

  • Be the go-to person for your clients. As Field Sales Representative, you’re the primary contact for the Key Retail Accounts and will own and develop the relationships. 
  • Take ownership of monthly growth targets for your specific client accounts.
  • Construct and negotiate offers that meet expectations of business and are attractive for consumers.
  • Build your own pipeline by drawing upon established networks, relationships and your independent research.

About You:

  • Ideally you will have field sales experience in the FMCG/Stationary industry.
  • Prior B2B retail level sales experience, managing and growing a portfolio or category of National brands and chain.
  • Strong consultation and negotiation skills, and hunting skills so honed, Bear Grylls would be jealous.
  • Able to build rapport and credibility quickly at all levels, with a wide variety of customers and colleagues.
