Field Sales Manager

We’re working with leading waste management company with a focus on sustainability and efficiency who offer services tailored to both residential and commercial customers. Due to continued growth they’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to join the team. This role requires someone who has door-to-door sales experience including supervising a Field Sales team, and experience setting and monitoring KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and guide the field sales team to achieve exceptional performance standards through regular training, open communication, and constructive feedback.
  • Deliver group training sessions to address identified areas for development and enhance team capabilities.
  • Ensure individual and collective sales targets are consistently met.
  • Review the previous day's performance with the team at the head office.
  • Support team members in reaching both personal and group sales objectives through hands-on mentorship and on-site guidance.
  • Work closely with Team Leads and the Head of Sales to plan, execute, and refine scheduled sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Stay well-informed about the latest products and services to maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Interact directly with prospective customers, adopting a confident, engaging, and customer-centric approach
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions, leads, and sales to ensure seamless sales processes and effective follow-up.
