Essential:
- Degree in relevant engineering subject (mechanical, chemical, plastics)
- Must have process engineering experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong teamworking and autonomous abilities
- Proficient in computer databases, DOE, and statistical analysis
Desirable Experience:
- Prior experience in plastics, particularly extrusion
- Polymer extrusion experience highly valued
