Executive PA & Ops Assistant


Our client is looking for a sharp, hard-working, Executive PA & Ops Assistant on initially a Part-Time based. This role would be office based supporting the Founder

About the Role:

  • Would be an integral part of the company.
  • Support the Founder in areas such as admin, finance, operations, facilities and scheduling.
  • Facilities Management.
  • Organising meetings, travel and small events.
  • Process all invoices and expenses.
  • Ad hoc admin request.
  • Full or part time considered but it would suit part time.

About you:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience at C-suite level.
  • Extremely organised, efficient and with exceptional time management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, knowledge of Teams/Zoom.
  • Tech-Savvy.
  • Proactive, able to use initiative and have confidence to work independently.
  • Willing to be office - based.
