Our client is looking for an outstanding individual to become a core part of their Executive Assistant team working with their partners. As part of the Executive Assistant (EA) team, you will have responsibility for helping maintain our clients internal brand. We are looking for a driven and motivated individual who has experience in working in a fast-paced environment,who will invest and demonstrate a commitment to providing the highest level of support to their stakeholders and their team.

About the Role:

  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements. 
  • Working with your portfolio and their teams to gain a better understanding of their support requirements. 
  • Understanding their business priorities and responding appropriate manner. 
  • Maintaining the client database and updating contacts are required. 
  • Handling highly confidential information. 
  • Processing timesheet and expense reports. 
  • Some travel coordination (making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries). 
  • Experience coordinating meetings across multiple time zones. 
  • Prepare and revise documents including letters, emails etc. 
  • Participating in planning of events. 
  • Liaising with and greeting clients and business guests. 
  • Maintain a strong working relationship across the business.  
  • Administrative support to strategic adhoc projects. 
  • Liaise and work with EA’s within the wider team and the entire EY network.

About You:

  • A proven track record of supporting and working at senior executive level.
  • The ability to balance multiple and competing demands. 
  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative and make informed and confident decisions. 
  • Quick to identify opportunities and problems. 
  • Confidence presenting ideas and solutions. 
  • Project management skills. 
  • Focus on delivering great stakeholder experience, every time. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
