Our client is looking to recruit an Event’s Co-Ordinator on a 6 month contract, who will coordinate the organisations presence at a diverse range of internal and external events.

Responsibilities:

  • Event planning.
  • Developing duty rosters.
  • Identifying event goals.
  • Devising tenders and procurement documentation.
  • Site planning.
  • Managing event budget and processing invoices.
  • Brand Management at events.

Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Public Relations.
  • 3 years plus experience.
  • A broad understanding of the Irish Seafood Sector is desirable.
  • PR or Event management within agency side is desirable.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Flexible.
