Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this opportunity will offer you a position which will challenge and develop upon your existing event management background.  Working for a brand which is the symbol of Irish national and international success.

About the Role:

  • Coordinating trade, internal events, and VIP visits. 
  • Responding to queries from partners, corporate clients, and internal senior management promptly. 
  • Managing bookings in CRM system for facility tours, offsite events, full venue hire, meeting spaces, and VIP areas. 
  • Collaborating with catering partners for updated menus and special requests. Overseeing itinerary for Advocacy & Distribution partners' visits, including accommodations, transfers, and activities. 
  • Assisting finance for accurate invoicing, charges, and payments. 
  • Preparing quotes/itineraries for clients/partners. 
  • Maintaining inspection/fam visit calendar. 
  • Updating events calendar, attending forecast meetings, and providing general support. 
  • Coordinating with GM and BD Manager. 
  • Handling contracts, invoices, and smooth event operations on/off-site. 
  • Ensuring event requirements are achieved.

About You:

  • A hospitality, events or marketing qualification is preferred. 
  • Experience in a tourism or hospitality environment is desirable. 
  • Bookings or reservations experience in the hospitality sector would be a distinct advantage. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
