Events & Marketing Comms Specialist

We are looking for an Events & Marketing Comm’s Specialist to promote our client’s organisation through online and offline platforms. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join an established and evolving organisation which is part of a global network and a major force in the professional services world.


  • Maintain our website.
  • Manage content from solution leaders.
  • Write and co-ordinate web content for specific campaigns ensuring strong SEO.
  • Responsibility for sending out e-communications for all marketing-led events. 
  • Ensuring all event material adheres to the firm's corporate style.
  • Assembling delegate packs. 
  • Setting up stands and being present at events, both on and off-site.
  • Attending to the registration desk and greeting attendees upon arrival.
  • Liaising with EMEIA & Global teams on the distribution of thought leadership. 
  • Assisting with the mailing of local thought leadership to clients.


  • 3rd degree level or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a B2B environment is essential.
  • Organisational and project management skills. 
  • Editing and proof-reading skills.
  • Understanding of digital platforms.
