Are you analytical, creative and love working within Fashion? We are currently seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join a leading Irish Brand Managing the E-Commerce website and marketplaces. You will have proven ability and desire to drive sales and grow the customer database, whilst maintaining brand integrity as the key objectives. You will be passionate about e-commerce, analytics and design with a proactive attitude and a positive vibe. You will thrive in a small team environment, focusing and embracing change in a busy industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategy of digital marketing channels and in store.
- Ensure all creative assets across all digital platforms are aligned with the brand, including EDM's, paid ads and social.
- End-to-end management of the E-commerce site.
- Develop sales strategies to meet revenue growth and budget targets for applicable sales channels.
- Develop digital marketing initiatives.
- Maintain understanding of digital marketing and E-Commerce trends.
- Manage, analyse and drive channel performance based on data and relevant customer segmentation.
- Drive growth, develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more business customers.
Requirements:
- Strong marketing experience and background ideally in ecommerce, managing online websites within a retail / fashion or beauty environment.
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to influence those around you to drive the adoption of the online retail channel.
- Digital background with experience in online retail optimisation.
- Adobe experience preferred.
- Experience with brick and mortar stores.
