Key Responsibilities: Human-Centric Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a divisional strategy that prioritizes the well-being and growth of our employees while aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for personal and professional development within the division.
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and adapt our strategies to ensure we remain competitive and employee-centric.

Operational Management for Employee Satisfaction:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, while also focusing on the well-being of our employees.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including budgets, personnel, and technology, with a people-first approach.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure not only the division's success but also employee satisfaction and growth.

Financial Management with Employee Well-Being in Mind:

  • Develop and manage the division's budget, making strategic financial decisions that prioritize our employees' well-being and professional development.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure financial stability while also investing in our team.
  • Monitor financial performance and take actions to support both the division's and employees' financial health.

Nurturing a High-Performing Team:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, with a focus on hiring, training, and mentoring staff to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and personal accountability, where our employees can thrive and excel.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations that support the growth of our team members.

Stakeholder Engagement with a People-Centric Approach:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our employees, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee-related inquiries and concerns, ensuring their voices are heard.
  • Represent the division and organization at industry events and conferences, highlighting our commitment to employee growth and well-being.

Compliance and Risk Management for Employee Safety:

  • Ensure that all divisional activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards while placing employee safety at the forefront.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to our employees and organization, implementing strategies that safeguard their well-being.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that prioritize our employees' safety and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of empowering and developing teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a people-first mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, all geared toward supporting and uplifting our employees.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience that balances financial stability with employee well-being.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and regulations that impact our employees.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills that prioritize our team's growth and success.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve targets with a clear emphasis on people management."
