As a Digital Marketing Manager you'll have the chance to work alongside teams that are dedicated to achieving remarkable things!

What You Will Do:

  • Shape the Digital Landscape: Take the lead in building, implementing, executing, and maintaining cutting-edge digital marketing strategy. 
  • Elevate their Tech Stack: Collaborate with both internal and external teams to optimize their marketing technology stack. 
  • Foster Creativity: Team up with creative and digital agencies to create, implement, and launch digital resources such as websites, microsites, interactive tools, and apps that will captivate our audience.
  • Webmaster Extraordinaire: Manage and update the company websites via CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other digital tools, ensuring they remain fresh and engaging.
  • SEO/SEM Authority: Develop and execute their search (SEO/SEM) strategy to drive qualified and relevant visitors to our web properties, boosting our online presence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly measure, report, and recommend enhancements to existing strategies, campaigns, tactics, and technologies 
  • Tech Pioneer: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing by researching and evaluating emerging technologies. Proactively suggest when to pilot or implement those that align with our objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience managing digital marketing programs in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Expertise in digital B2B marketing, covering social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, inbound marketing, Account Based Marketing (ABM), and website/app development.
  • Experience in marketing to technical audiences, with a preference for those skilled in distribution selling.
  • Proficiency in managing creative and digital agencies to align with our digital marketing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, etc., including building and executing digital marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, and social media posts.
  • Familiarity with open-source CMS platforms such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
  • The ability to provide regular, insightful reports to key stakeholders and recommend strategies and tactics to enhance ongoing digital marketing efforts.
  • A strong preference for those with experience in marketing to European and Asian markets.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite (Analytics, AdWords, Tag Manager, etc.) and a grasp of SEO/PPC best practices.
