Are you ready to take the helm of an exciting digital journey? We’re working with one of the most prominent shopping destinations, who are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal to their daily digital operations. This role encompasses managing various owned channels such as the website, app, social media, and CRM, as well as overseeing paid media. 

Role Overview:

  • Oversee daily digital activities, campaigns, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the local Marketing and PR Team to increase digital traffic, footfall, and sales.
  • Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Adapt content to different digital channels and ensure its relevance.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to integrate offline activities with online campaigns.
  • Discover new online consumer marketing opportunities.
  • Supervise and assist with daily social media management, including planning, scheduling, and communication.
  • Monitor KPIs to gauge social media platform success.
  • Ensure efficient content trafficking, real-time engagement, and influencer outreach.
  • Design cohesive narratives across various marketing endeavors.
  • Manage and oversee social media campaigns from inception to conclusion.
  • Integrate social media with other digital channels and customer journeys.
  • Stay updated with the latest platforms and trends in digital innovation.
  • Supervise and assist with the management of PPC, Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, Video & YouTube campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of content and messaging for each channel.
  • Supervise website and app.
  • Collaborate with brands and local teams on content approval and production.
  • Coordinate with the retail marketing and digital teams on brand and product inclusion.
  • Oversee reports across all channels, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, brand performance, and ad hoc reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in retail/trade marketing and luxury brand/fashion industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in team management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology and platforms.
  • Knowledge of e-marketing principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Expertise in managing digital, social media, and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
