You'll keep their website fresh, collaborate on content strategies, and manage leaders' bios and photo shoots. Crafting compelling web content, ensuring strong SEO, and using Google Analytics to track online activity will be part of your routine. You'll handle website inquiries, assist with e-marketing, manage our social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and drive online engagement within the firm.
As an event extraordinaire, you'll manage events from start to finish. You'll send out e-communications, monitor responses, and be the main contact for invitees. Promoting events, sourcing venues, and ensuring all materials adhere to their corporate style are key tasks. You'll assemble delegate packs, set up stands, and greet attendees, managing the registration desk and recording attendance details.
They’re looking for someone with a degree or equivalent qualification and experience in event and digital marketing ideally within a B2B or Financial Services industry. Strong organisational and project management skills, sharp editing abilities, and a solid understanding of digital platforms are essential. High accuracy, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and an innovative mindset are must-haves. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands will make you the perfect fit.
