We’re working with a leading B2B agency. Their mission is clear: make B2B marketing engaging, cutting-edge, and digitally-led. They’re committed to delivering results-driven marketing strategies that redefine the industry, and are on the hunt for a talented digital designer like you to help them craft unique and user-friendly brand experiences.

About the Role:

As a digital designer, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the online presence of their B2B clients. Your canvas will include best-in-class websites, captivating landing pages, dynamic animations, and irresistible ad campaigns. While your primary focus will be digital designs, you'll also have the chance to contribute your creative flair to branding and broader design projects.

We're seeking a design virtuoso who can embrace a diverse range of responsibilities:

  • Craft smart, impactful, and brand-centric designs that leave a lasting impression.
  • Design websites that seamlessly adapt to all digital devices while incorporating top-notch SEO practices.
  • Articulate compelling rationales for user-centric website approaches that win hearts and minds.
  • Dabble in various digital, print, and motion graphic projects across a multitude of industries.
  • Transform design projects from initial briefs into polished masterpieces, obsessing over every detail.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with their dynamic, high-energy, international marketing team.
  • Actively contribute to the creative process and foster a culture of innovation.

Ideally, You'll Possess:

  • 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital design, website design, UX design, branding and logo design.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard UX and SEO practices
  • Strong briefing interpretation skills, adept task management, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A profound understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Location: Remote - Ireland, with ad hoc travel as required
