We’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who shares our client’s passion for digital, who puts their all into managing digital projects from initial brief to launch, and who’s ready to hit the ground running to help deliver industry-leading work for our clients.

You will be accountable for managing a portfolio of B2B clients and projects – responsible for the development and delivery of multi-channel brand and marketing strategies, communication and campaigns. 

The Role:

  • Creation of strong, compelling, and strategic recommendations on how digital channels can be used to integrate the customer journey
  • Partner with Client Marketing Manager, Head of Digital and other related teams to develop and communicate successful strategies.
  • Work with the website team
  • Through relevant tools, monitor and measure the performance of websites, campaigns and goals
  • Hands-on experience with SEO,SEM, and Social Media advertising
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing, Performance Strategy. SEO or similar role
  • Proven experience with creating client strategy, communication and proactive account performance troubleshooting
  • Experience managing and nurturing clients by listening to their needs and providing valuable solutions.
  • Marketing, agency or similar qualifications preferred
  • Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills 
  • Interpersonal skills & a genuine collaborator
  • Amazing organisational ability
  • Positive, can-do attitude and adaptability
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking

Location: Remote - some ad hoc travel required to office in Galway 

Salary: Highly Competitive
