Digital Account Manager

A fast-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a highly organised Digital Account Manager with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Within this role you will serve as the primary link between clients and specialist teams, ensuring that all strategies are transparent, measurable, and aligned with clients’ business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing proactive guidance and strategic recommendations.
  • Apply deep knowledge of PPC (Search), Paid Social, and Digital Display to develop effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and achieve measurable KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver real results.
  • Advise clients on channel mix and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Manage multiple client projects with high attention to detail while maintaining excellent communication standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record managing and scaling paid digital accounts.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Familiarity with radical transparency and data-driven execution, moving away from industry “black box” models.
