What you’ll do
- Deliver on target service performance, including case fill rate and on-time delivery, ensuring consistent on-shelf availability for customers.
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance supply chain value, reducing costs or creating additional value for customers.
- Maintain strong communication channels with internal teams and external partners to secure preferred supplier status.
- Collaborate across the organization to improve systems and processes, driving long-term excellence in customer collaboration.
What you will need
- Previous experience in a customer-facing logistics or supply chain role.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills; intermediate knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI is a plus.
