Work for Irelands leading Food Service company. Directly managing their consumer operations. Based from Dublin 22

This role is a key position linking customer service agents to out established customers and delivery drivers. Our team of 4 agents and 6 drivers are well experienced in our business and are working closely together to deliver a great service to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improving customer experience on the phone through setting new standards for all Customer Service Agents
  • Setting clear and achievable team goals and deadlines.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to perform well.
  • Creating an open and positive team environment and culture
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing the team’s skills.
  • Making decisions and solving problems
  • Setting values and standards for the team
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve performance.

About You:

  • Team lead experience in a customer service centre is required.
  • Food service background is preferred.

Position is 100 based from their Dublin 22 office.
