Customer Service Representative - B2B


Calling all Customer Service Representative!! Our client is a growing Irish Service and Supplies provider and as a result of continued growth they are seeking a driven, hardworking professional to work with their team to deliver high standard of service to their clients. In this role you will be part of a close-knit team.

About the role:

  • Resolve queries and advise customers of possible problems/ delays.
  • Responding to all customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • A focus on continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience.
  • Have a flexible approach and work with key stakeholders to achieve a customer focused outcome.
  • Process daily order and requirements accurately and efficiently.
  • File all purchase orders & supporting documentation accordingly to the documented process on the common drive.
  • Ad hoc duties.


  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B customer service environment.
  • Experience in Business Supplies or Facility Management is highly required.
  • Teamwork and service mentality.
  • Highly driven and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
