We are working with a leading Irish retail company. The key focus of this role is to generate customer, commercial and product insights to support the development of customer and go to market strategies.This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to invest in and develop their career whilst also working for an organisation that offers fantastic flexibility. Role Overview:
- Tracking of KPIs and ongoing performance.
- Interpretation of data and identification of risks and opportunities.
- Analysis of ecommerce, omnichannel and customer data.
- Creation of dashboards and reporting material.
- Identification of customer trends and insights from data.
- Define customer profiles and identify areas of opportunity for improving customer offers or customer experience.
- Interpretation of data and identification of risks and opportunities.
- Recommendations for business improvements backed by data.
About You:
- 3+ years’ experience of consumer insight or data within a Retail or E-Commerce organisation.
- Experience of analysing business performance at a customer level of data.
- Experience of working with SQL databases.
- Experience of R, SAS or SPSS etc.
- Understanding of the analytical use of data within BI and Dashboarding tools for general business consumption or other data specialists.
- Experience reporting on or presenting key findings and recommendations within a business environment.
- Experience of producing direct marketing campaign extracts and analysis is desirable.
Location: North Dublin/ Hybrid Working
