As a senior customer lead for the health and beauty channel, you will be an integral part of the commercial leadership team in one of Ireland's leading brand houses. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving relationships with Ireland's largest retailers in the pharmacy, department store, and lifestyle sectors. You will also have day-to-day responsibility for managing their largest customers in the beauty sector on brands such as RealTechiques, Hawaiian Topic, Profusion Cosmetics and EcoTools to name a few.
In this role, you will lead your team to achieve their vision of driving a culture of excellence throughout the business, building strong relationships with their customers and clients, delivering exceptional results, and embracing innovation in everything we do.
Your role will involve leading the company's retail business development strategy by identifying and seeking out new opportunities across both new and existing retailers and channels, and owning the customer sales performance by actively identifying opportunities and risks as they arise.
You will work collaboratively with the brand teams and other key stakeholders to constantly maximise opportunities for future success, ensuring Joint Business Plans align with account strategies, maximise account opportunities, company and client objectives, and brand share.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a team to ensure the smooth and effective running of the customer function for these channels, with full P&L responsibility. You will achieve NSV and profitability targets and brand plans.
If you have a minimum of 5 years of National Account experience at a Senior NAM or Controller level within a fast-paced, dynamic organization, and demonstrable experience of working with leading retailers in the beauty or personal care category across the Irish Pharmacy and Department store sectors, then we invite you to apply for this role.
