We are working with a well known brand in the financial services industry which is seeking to hire a number of Customer Advisors for its Retail operations in Dublin. If you enjoy being front of house with a leading banking brand and are looking for lots of opportunities to progress your career, then this is one that’s definitely worth taking a look at.
The role of Customer Advisor requires an individual with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers of the bank. You’ll be offering advice on a range of consumer focused financial services products, both face to face as well as over the telephone.
Key Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills together with the ability to develop and nurture trusted customer relationships.
- Team player.
- Proven track record of delivering top levels of customer service.
- Some knowledge of financial services products.
- QFA qualifications, or APA in Loans, Investments and Regulation will be essential.
- Drive and ambition to achieve targets and develop your career to the next level.
