About the Role:
- Generates sales by requesting orders.
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers.
- The role will involve understanding and interpreting technical requirements by providing technical information and customer service.
- Managing relationships with key clients.
- Reviewing price quotes subject to management approval.
- Troubleshooting while resolving customer complaints.
- Coordinating on-site sales calls with external sales reps.
- Agreeing shipping procedures and adjusting shipping dates to reflect production priorities.
- Managing incoming calls, including order status.
- Meeting sales goals, technical aptitude, prospecting, closing sales.
About You:
- The Position is based in Donegal. Candidates living within commute distance are preferred.
- Position can be remote also with ability to be in the office for one day per week
- The company has a technical product portfolio. Technically inclined candidates are preferred.
- This position involves a strong customer service approach to work.
- The role is also commercial.
- You will be required to generate sales orders.
