About The Role:
- Generates sales by requesting orders
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers. The role will involve understanding and interpreting technical requirements by providing technical information and customer service
- Managing relationships with key clients
- Reviewing price quotes subject to management approval
- Troubleshooting while resolving customer complaints
- Coordinating on-site sales calls with external sales reps
- Agreeing shipping procedures and adjusting shipping dates to reflect production priorities
- Managing incoming calls, including order status
- Meeting sales goals, technical aptitude, prospecting, closing sales
About You:
- Applicants must have previous experience in sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and generate revenue.
- The position is based in Donegal. Preference will be given to candidates living within a commutable distance.
- A background in or strong interest in technical products is preferred. The company’s portfolio is technical in nature, so the ability to understand and explain product details is essential.
- The role requires a strong emphasis on customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed to build lasting client relationships.
- This is a commercially focused role involving identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and securing sales.
