CRM Manager

We’ve partnered with a Leading Fashion retailer to bring on board a talented CRM Manager. As the CRM Manager you’re like the ultimate matchmaker, responsible for building and nurturing long-lasting relationships between the brand and its customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the target audience, along with a passion for creating engaging and personalized customer experiences.

As the CRM Manager, you'll be the go-to person for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect with customers on a personal level. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that span both offline and online channels, capturing customer data at every possible touchpoint to grow the customer database. You'll also be the online guru, with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for web applications and functionality. You'll be responsible for testing and QA-ing new applications for websites and digital campaigns, identifying and developing online marketing opportunities, and optimizing content for search engines like Google.

Your creativity and problem-solving skills will come in handy when developing social media campaigns that increase visibility and drive engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You'll also manage the blog editorial calendar, create and organize video content, and source local sites for online PR purposes.

The most critical aspect of the role is analysing website traffic and campaign ROI to gain insights into customer behaviour, optimize future campaigns, and provide strong reporting on local campaign analysis and ROI. You'll be able to spot trends and changes in consumer behaviour, adjust campaigns accordingly, and communicate these insights to the team.
