Are you a CRM expert, interested in shaping and executing the CRM strategy for a well-known, savvy retail brand? This is a ‘roll up your sleeves’ position looking to develop and drive all aspects of customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage “Loyalty” Clubs.
- Grow the customer database through data caption.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns with the Marketing Team offline and online.
- Test and QA new applications for websites and digital campaigns.
- Identify and develop online consumer marketing opportunities.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign ROI using tools such as Google analytics.
- Provide strong reporting on local campaign analysis and ROI for all digital campaigns such as email, display advert & online PR.
Experience:
- Understanding of technology, platforms, limitations.
- Knowledge of e-marketing principles and methods.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to plan and put processes in place.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Able to think creatively and solve problems.
