Join a dynamic and forward-thinking team as an experienced Creative Services Team Leader! In this role, you'll balance the art of delivering exceptional creative solutions with the science of empowering team members and fostering internal buy-in. With an in-house innovation centre and state-of-the-art recording studio, digital solutions are at the forefront of their approach to the market.
Your responsibilities will include leading the Creative Services Team, driving improvements, fostering an innovative environment, and ensuring the right technical skills and mix of in-house/outsourced resources. You'll also act as a Creative Director, working closely with internal stakeholders and designers to deliver high-quality creative briefs and concepts.
We're seeking a creative leader with:
- A 3rd level qualification in design or related discipline.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate or creative agency settings.
- 5+ years of experience leading a creative team.
- A passion for design, and an eye for detail.
- Excellent client-focused skills and a positive, flexible outlook.
- Proven ability to drive change and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills in motion graphics, video editing, and UX design.
- Adept Adobe Creative Suite and Power Point skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
