Country Manager - Sales & Marketing Permanent Dublin South 18 December 2020 8426EK We are on the hunt for an ambitious and driven Sales & Marketing leader to spearhead an interesting and growing B2B business. This newly created role will report to a Senior Director in the UK. This role calls for an experienced Sales leader who can drive revenue within the Irish Operation while growing, leading and developing a team. Reporting to a Senior Director you will: Plan, forecast and budget in order to drive forward the business goals. Be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a plan to target new customers and develop business with existing customers. Maintain and develop gross margin on all revenue streams. Identify new markets and present commercial strategies to develop trading performance. Drive the successful trading performance of the business and contribute to the overall management of operations as part of the senior leadership team. The Ideal Candidate: Education and/or experience equivalent to a third level qualification. At least 10+ years of experience working within sales and marketing. Self-motivated, excellent organisation and planning capabilities. A driven and strategic approach. Excellent networking and closing skills. Proven experience developing and managing a team.
