Picture yourself at the forefront of a cross-functional role, shaping the landscape in Utilities & Inland Waterways, Infrastructure, Grounds Maintenance, Winter Maintenance, EV Charging, and Decarbonisation.
This lead role involves crafting a roadmap for success. Collaborate with key directors to develop a detailed business plan. Dive into the dynamic realm of identifying market potential, analysing business opportunities, and leading large-scale tenders that will fuel the necessary business growth. Pivotal to the role is developing Ground Controls presence in Ireland and will involve seeking out new business opportunities, new product development for standard, customised standard and custom projects and high engagement in the pro. You will be responsible for business development across the isle of Ireland, maximising the overall portfolio and service lines of the company in order to impact the profitable growth of the business.
As the conductor of this symphony, you'll coach and mentor your management team to synchronized growth. Your canvas will include crafting detailed annual budgets, navigating profit and loss responsibilities, and ensuring safety is at the forefront of workforce operations.
