The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join a growing professional services firm. This leadership role will see you managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality tax advice, leading advisory projects, and supporting the development of a high-performing tax team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in client relationship management, team leadership, business development, and driving continued growth within the tax practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across a variety of sectors.
- Provide corporate tax compliance and advisory services to clients ranging from SMEs to large corporate organisations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and strategic advice.
- Lead tax advisory assignments and support the delivery of complex tax projects.
- Mentor, coach and develop team members, supporting performance management and career progression.
- Assist with workflow planning and technical problem solving within the tax team.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and support business growth initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving revenue, profitability and client service objectives.
Candidate Profile
- CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong corporate tax technical knowledge with experience interpreting and applying tax legislation.
- Previous experience in a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager position within a professional practice environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Exposure to a broad range of industry sectors would be advantageous.
