An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated, passionate and creative events individual who has the ability to deliver results fast, while enjoying the culture, flexibility and empowerment the business has to offer. This role will drive strategic cross company events and require a hands on-approach. This is an exciting, stimulating and challenging role for a highly committed and results orientated individual who is looking to accelerate their career.

Role overview:

  • Manage negotiations and relationships with external suppliers.
  • Manage all end-to-end elements around key events.
  • Manage key events budgets.
  • Ensure effective communication and promotional activities around events.
  • Help drive innovation and improvement across the events function.
  • Develop detailed project plans for selected events.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3rd level degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience of end to end event and production management. 
  • Experience of managing large-scale events within professional services or agency experience of working with large corporate accounts.
  • Solid experience of strategic end to end event management.
  • Experience of using marketing database.
  • Proven track record of managing external suppliers.

Location: Dublin City – Hybrid Model
