This role will drive strategic cross company events and require a hands on-approach. Role overview:
- Manage negotiations and relationships with external suppliers.
- Manage all end-to-end elements around key events.
- Manage key events budgets.
- Ensure effective communication and promotional activities around events.
- Help drive innovation and improvement across the events function.
- Develop detailed project plans for selected events.
The ideal candidate:
- 3rd level degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience of end to end event and production management.
- Experience of managing large-scale events within professional services or agency experience of working with large corporate accounts.
- Solid experience of strategic end to end event management.
- Experience of using marketing database.
- Proven track record of managing external suppliers.
